Can you post water parameters, Ph, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Hardness too if you have it. This will help recommend the correct meds. Were any new fish added recently? Anything unusual at all you can tell us about? how long have you had the fish? What if any tankmates? Do you have a hospital tank? The more info the better.

For this time being, ammonia level almost 0. No new fish added recently and i keep it together with 2 channa maruliodes and a RTC since they were young and they all normal and healthy. Feed them only with market shrimp and frozen fish and i do 50% water change every 3 days since that white thing appear.

i have them for almost half year.

The water looks a little cloudy, what is that from? Do you have a way to treat the fish outside of the main tank?

water crystal clear, from above photo water seem a bit cloudy probably because of air bubble from the power head and the background. i do have a 2feet unused tank for treatment but i don't know where to start.

Ok try this, fill the hospital tank with half tank water and half fresh water. Dose with salt at one tablespoon per ten gallons and treat with Methylene blue at one teaspoon per ten gallons of water. Do 25% water change every other day and replace salt and meds removed by WC. Use a sponge filter in the hospital tank or at least an air stone & heater.

Thanks Aquanero and really appreciate it. i will try it but can i know what type of fungus affected my fish? and how long the treatment should take.

most likely saprolegnia sp. but I can't be positive about that. Treat for 10 days, if you don't see improvement in three, we could try something else but I'm not sure what meds are available to you.
