Looking for some second opinions :)
I have a striped bamboo shark female, I have had her for around 5 months and she's doing absolutely great. My one problem is this:

I have tried feeding her the following:
Mysis, Silversides, clams, shark formula cubs, squid and octopus plus halibut and cod.

She will not eat anything bar the squid - since I found how selective she was I have been adding nutrients to the food but she simply won't touch anything else.

Any ideas? Should I be concerned or do you think squid will do her ok?

well with any aquarium pet a variety is allways a good thing so to get the nutrients they need. Maybe you need her to go without eating for a while to see if she will eat other things.

Assuming it's fresh squid, they should be nice and wet/watery - try dipping/soaking some other food in the squid juice, and see if you can trick them into eating it. Eventually they'll like that food without the extra saute.

i know with my bamboos they really liked squid when they were that size/age, they would activly go for squid, frozen krill was a big hit as well as fresh salmon from the grocery store. now that they are bigger they will not even concider squid which still confuses me but love silver sides, krill, salmon, and sqalops. i also had sucess with soaking they food in they garlic vitman liquids when they were more picking about eating. what do you have your water temp at as i know if mine was set to warm they were very lazy and would not eat as much as well.

i found that mine are more active the warmth and lazy in the cooler temps. (i tried fluctuating for food)

Try raw shrimp.

I find that raw shrimp has something (maybe its the powerful odor) that attracts fish to feed.

I have never had a SW fish if it has been properly conditioned to feed in a tank refuse raw shrimp.

It still might take some time
