As of right now, I have 55 gallon stocked with:

2 Blood Parrots
3 Firemouths
2 Convicts (Female)
1 Rubberlip Pleco
1 Zamora Wood Catfish

I'd also eventually like to keep maybe another Blood Parrot an Oscar, Jack Dempsey, Severum, and maybe a Texas Cichlid and some sort of catfish (maybe pictus cat?).

Am I looking at 300 gallons here with all these fish? I'd really like to keep it between 100-200 if possible.

I think your tank would be overstocked if you add more fish to it.
your other suggestions of fish would be fine in a tank with the size around 120 and bigger, maybe except for the texas. I dont have personal exp of them but I heard that they are quite aggro.

hello i agree you have enough fish in that tank. i have started a 55g tank with 1flowerhorn 2" 1red bay snook3.5" 1green terror3"

1d say at the very least 125, but bigger is better. depends on the individual texas if it is nice you shouldnt have problems.

it could work out in a bigger tank like a 180 like previously mentioned, but I'd cut down the number of blood parrots, not add to it
