Let me try to be quick with this long history.

Fish: Rainbow shark max size 6"

First got him he was a bully, almost killed a RTBS. Removed the RTBS allowed him to recover put him back. the RTBS became the bully then and the rainbow basically didn't get to come out as if the RTBS saw him it was on. This went on for about 1 year. Because of this the rainbow is full grown but not very fat but otherwise health.

The RTBS died a month or so ago, and the rainbow has become the aggressor. He will take on all the fish in the tank if they come close to his cave with the exception of my baby EBJD. He leaves the EBJD alone and allows him to hid in the cave also.

My problem is he is housed with some potentially big boys.

2 Bala sharks while they might get to 12 or 14 inches they are dosile so I don't worry about them.

But I worry about my Oscar and my Texas Cichild and possible the EBJD. These are going to be big boys compared to the smaller 5 or 6 inch Rainbow. Do you think he will be safe since he has been dominate since before the cichlids where added? should I just wait and see, or re home him to be safe?

I want to be safe, but it also sucks for him to loose his big house for a small 29G bio cube.
