I have a 60x20x20" tank that includes
1x 4" Male convict (i am growing out a female in another tank)
1x 3" Festae (it was given to me, i will sell it of when it gets to big)
1x 4" Common Pleco (will sell him when he gets to big)
1x 4-5" P. Senegalus

I am looking for fish to be in the tank for life. I am growing out a female and an albino male+female of cons to be in the tank. I need something else.
Here are some fish that are 100% going to be in the tank for life:

Convict pair
Albino convict pair
1x P. Senegalus
1x P. Delhezi

I am going to order some fish soon and i am gonna ask you to help me set up my tank. I dont want Geo's, Sev's, oscars or discus and dont ask why.
I wanna add 1-2 pairs of fish (depending on species size), I really like the Teapa and the A. Rhytisma. What should i get:

I put prices up to just so you can see:

Firemouth 4"
Papaloapan Cichlid / Paraneetroplus nebuliferus 2"
Amphilophus Rhytisma 2"
Salvini 2"
Teapa cichlid / Paraneetroplus gibbiceps 4"
Wessels Cichlid / Theraps wesseli 3"

green terrors, jds, texas, jewels, firmouths, the problem i find with convicts is that they become extremly agresive when breeding and can easily put down a big fish

Of the list please, a pair of GT, texas, would not work would it?

Sorry frogman i am looking for a pair of cichlids to get in my tank along with those.

Ok, i have thought this through, i am asking if i can keep.
2x Normal Convicts (pair)
2x Albino Convicts (pair)
2x Amphilophus Rhytisma
2x Paraneetroplus nebuliferus
1x Polypterus Delhezi
1x Polypterus Senegalus

In a 60x20x20" setup?
Yes or no?

I'd say no ... two pairs of convicts will take up almost all the footprint, and not leave enough room for two more pairs of cichlids. Also, not sure the Astatheros rhytisma would be able to handle the breeding convicts aggression.

Ok, then i will just get the Rhytisma. I will post pics.
