Sharing my favorite FH I have had to this day of my hobby
He has all the features I personally look for in a flowerhorn

blue pearls/red eyes, interactive/personable,
and head potential

Here is Sub-Zero, hope you guys like him as much as I do :) If so ill post a vid of him!

And you won't believe where I got this stunner...petsmart! lol

Im actually glad he came from there instead of overseas. Seacrest farms seems to have a strong genetic line so these flowerhorns have stronger immune systems and don't bloat or get parasites as easily as the flowerhorns do from overseas (whom are also feed live food to be pumped up)

I have been feeding him a natural staple diet and his head is growing fast from his own genetics, there is absolutely no need for live food. They can get that high protein from a weekly treat of FD krill if absolutely necessary

With only 1 filter (ac70) on his 40b, I keep the tank super clean with multiple water changes a week w/ added probiotics
