This guy is the dominant male out of a group of 15 midas I have... He is about 3.5" and is still barred he is already starting get the bulky look his fins look awsome as well.. Not sure if you can tell ion the pic but his hump is starting to form it is barely noticible though...I think this guy has tons of potential.. tell me what you think?

I'm not sure really. Definitely looks Amphilophus, just the head shape that's throwing me off. I wasn't implying anything, just asking if you were sure.

haha don't worry he is pure midas I bred him myself. I just wanted to get your opinion on what he looks like his parents were from Jeff Rapps unfortunately I lost the male a few months ago and I'm growing out 15 of his fry to replace him and this guy is the dominant male His body and head shape is different from all the others heres a pic of some of his siblings as you can see non of them took on the shape/build of this guy He is atleast .5" bigger then the rest of the group

He does look very nice his colours and shape, sorry to hear about his farther hopefully this male will do a good job of replacing him.

Agree with fishman09 its does look good have four that vairy so much in colour etc.
