Thank's guys that helps alot. I'll find out what I'm getting charged for kwh, and see what is making the electric bill so high. The fx-5's seem to be much less than I thought they would be. I might have to invest in one of those devices that you can plug in each device, and it will give you a read-out.
Our washer was out for a little over a months period of time before I got a new one. We went to the laundry mat on the weekends. Our electric bill dropped around $150 off the total for that month. Maybe it is some old appliances, not running so efficiently, that is causing the high bills.
