I have FX5 canister filter whose rubber connector that hold intake strainer is no good anymore. Can’t reattach it. I ordered a couple of new ones on Amazon but it’ll take 2 days. My question is I had to unplug filter, will Bio be ok for a couple of days inside the canister filter?

I would not want reconnect my filter and put stagnant water into my tank. Put the bio in your tank until you get the new fittings if you want to keep it alive
In the tank is your best option. If for some reason you don't want to do that, you can also throw it in a bucket with tank water and run an airstone. Whatever you do, I'd do it as soon as you get home. 24 hours without water movement and the bacteria usually start getting oxygen deprived.
