FX5 issue

I have had my fx5 about a month or so. Had no issues with it til the other day. It's running and pumping but there's hardly any water pumping out of it. Anyone else had this issue? Everything seems to be hooked up right, idk what's wrong

Im just really concerned because this is the tank with my bass n ray in it n I don't want anything to go wrong

my new 406 clogged really fast when i first got it and it was the damn polishing pad that it comes with... idk if the fx5 comes with a polishing pad or not but if it does i bet thats your issue. i tossed mine

Idk what else it could be. The one on my 120 is running perfect No issue. I got this one from a buddy. It was running fine on his tank and ran fine the first week it so on mine. Then the filter pad was clogging it so I removed it. Ran good for another week now it's not pumping again.

What media in each basket? Are you running a prefilter on the intake? Have you cleaned it?
 
Yeah I cleaned it out. Has the sponges in all 3 Nceramicribgs in middle n a filter pad in the bottom badket

I only have ceramic bio-media in mine. No flow problems in 4 years.
 
Now myCFS700 button broke and it won't come back on. All I have is 2 power heads running on my tank right now, what am I suppose to do?
