Alright, so my FX5 doesn't arrive until Wednesday, so in the meantime, I figured I would buy the media and dump it in one of my established tanks to seed it beforehand. I've been looking online to determine how much of what I will need to buy. Frustrated, I went to today and bought 500g of Biomax and 750g of Fluval Pre-Filter. I know the FX5 has 3 meda bins and I'm a little confused as to what's going where. I think I'm going to have the prefilter in the top bin, and the biomax in the bottom bin. So, those of you that own the filter, how are you stacking up the media?
