I finally got my fx5 running with diy pvc in and outlet using vinyl tubing.
Today it started to make a weird noise.
Best way to discribe it is it's like a rain stick.
You know one of those bamboo tubes filled with beads and when you turn it over it sounds like water falling?
It does this every couple of minutes.
Doesn't really bother me too much but I would prefer it to be silent like when I first set it up 2 days ago.
You think it's the media rattling around in there?
I have it pretty packed with 4 liters of eheim pro media and 2 bags of the bio that came with my ac110's to seed it. No pads.
