FX5 not starting

I brought an FX5 of ebay and have had nothing but troubles......
first of all when i got the filter it had no hoes, intake/output of clips all i got was the actual canister and the impeller attached to it so to get it running i had to order a few parts. Once all the parts arrived i found out the filter was making a lot of noise while running so i pulled the impeller out to give it a clean hoping it would solve the noise problem but i didnt so i ordered a new impeller. The new impeller arrived today, i installed it and it was running alot quieter but when the filter turned itself off during start up it did not restart.....not sure whey this is happening? i pulled the impeller off again just to check it, there was a piece of media in the impeller, i removed the piece of media, reattached the impeller and started it up again, it stated but never re started
anyone have any idea on how to fix this problem or should i just get rid of it and buy a brand new one?

I had mine do that the first time I went to clean it. After I clean it put it back to gather it run then stop after the 2min cycle. So I pulled the impeller out and cleaned it and it worked. Just remember it runs for 2min then shots off and then comes back on after 2mins its purge cycle. Good Luck!

yeh i know it shuts off but it never started again, i waited for over 10 mins and even tried it in other power points now it wont start at all

first of all when i got the filter it had no hoes,

dang fx5's coming without hoes, how's a pimp supposed to run his business without hoes?

sorry couldn't resist.

take it apart, I mean everything, and clean each part individually, then post up pics of the impeller and canister housing. still sounds like its getting stuck on something to me.
