Fx5 or upgrade my eheim 2250 to 2262?

ok my bday is comming up and i want to start saving for either a Fx5 or upgrade my eheim 2250 to 2262. so what would you all do in my situation? i can run the Fx5 right along with my eheim 2250 for more filteration or i can upgrade my eheim to a 2262, im leaning towards getting the Fx5, i can get a fluval 304 for 30 buxs BUT dosnt come with tubbing at all, ( how much would all that run me? )

so either:
Fx5
upgrade eheim from 2250 to 2262
or
get the Fluval 304 for 30 buxs but then have it sitting tell i can get all the tubbing.

what would you all do?
 
I would save up and get the FX5 but I would buy it off of Ebay cause I have seen then go for like 180 and thats for a new one still in box
 
Np, its how I get most of my stuff... all about saving money when I can leaves more money for fish or goes into my fish tank fund that I use to save up money to upgrade or if I find a tank that is a good deal ...
 
hehe yep! can find a ton of good stuff on there for cheap for fish tanks and ponds :D
 
hmmm ponds you say? beem buggin my grandparents to let me put a pond in there front yard! maybe i can convince them next summer if im still living here!
 
i got one of ebay tonight, had the same choice. my 2 cents in go with fx5 an keep an eye on ebay for a steal
