So I just picked up my Fifth FX5 for a smoken deal $140 bucks, it was ran in a saltwater tank so I have my work cut out for me. As I was testing it on a tank No fish just tank, I noticed the purge valve leaked a little from the front. So I made sure it was tight but still leaked. So I empty the pump and pulled the Valve out and I think the valve that turns is where it is leaking from, has any one else had this problem?

Replace the O-rings in the purge valve.
If it still leaks, get a new valve.
If it still leaks, heck just do without it and silicone the hole with an endcap
