FX5 wont turn back on

so i pluged in my fx5 after a water change like always and now it just wont restart?
WTF
i took it apart see if i could see anything blocking the impeller and nothing
i even took the motor assembaly off and there nothing clogging it?
any ideas?

Is the inlet valve open and siphon started? Outlet valve open?

yes everything open
i dont get it.
i have the motor apart right now
i even tryed to plug it in to see if the motor turns and nothing
its like dead....
but the fx5 is not even 2 months old

Was there anything the filter sucked up other than dirt? I have a planted tank with tied down Java moss, one of the ties broke and it got sucked into the filter.

which just tells me it just quit

gunna call hagen tomorrow see what they say
hopfully they will send me out a new motor or something for free i mean this thing isnt even two moths old
and if not i guess ill have to by one

I had a similar problem 2 weeks ago when I cleaned mines. I cleaned it cause the flow was weak and plugged it back in and it turned on but it was making this loud grinding noise. Then the next day it just turned off and didn't turn back on. I "tapped" the motor couple of times and it turned on, but would turn off about 2 minutes later and would not turn back on. It was like this for at least an hour. I left the filter unplugged and I took the whole thing apart the next day and cleaned it again. Now it just works fine. The internal computer that controls the shut off of the motor might be jacked up or something.
