how the heck you hook up the rim connectors to the tank (180G) ?? i'm too worried that it gonna brake ....the tank bracket is alot thicker than the rim connector can bend ..
any idea ? should i just jam in there ? my finger hurt after a few tried

Those connectors are VERY flexible. I had to remove them from a 180 gallon aquarium once with a flat head screw driver for leverage to pry the plastic clip out enough to get it over the rim. They didn't break.

I won't say they will not break, but they probably will not.

i not worry about getting it out ..LOL but how did you put it in . i got a really hard times here bro .

Its harder and more stress full trying to get them out, thats what I am trying to say. The 180 already came with the clips so I didn't put them on.

taking the rubber bands off of the connector can make it easier.

Once that clip is on, it's hard to take off.
