hi im trying to cycle my 180 and wanted to see if anyone has a canister filter or any bio balls , sponges .... that is currently running on a freshwater tank so i can speed up the process and less stress on the fish . i live in fallbrook 92028 but i can drive up north or south within 1 1/2 hour drive

You can always use API QuickStart which cycle your tank quickly.
