Fx6 low flow problems.

Just picked up 2 new Fx6 from another member. These were brand new everything was sealed including the boxes clearly was never in use. I hooked them up yesterday and the flow is horrible. One being slightly stronger than the other. I've had several Fx5 filters in the past and the flow from those were insane. I know the new filters use less power so I'm sure the flow rate is affected but one is barely at a trickle. Any thoughts or ideas

FX6 has control flow valve, did you happen close it or it defaulted to minimum by manufacture? It's quite impossible for both FX6 malfunction on you and they are brand new...

Both valves on both filters are opened fully

Is it possible there is still air trapped inside them?
