This is a 125 gallon tank and I wanted to confirm if my FX6 output was ok towards the right corner or if should have it in the center of the tank?

Curious to see some answers on this one.
On all my setups I try to put the intake and out as far apart as possible. That way the intake isn't picking up the freshly cleaned water, create a bit of current for the fish, and blow as much debris and detritus towards the pickup as possible.

There was minimal flow on the far left of the tank away from the outputs so I put a wavewaker there which has helped. So it's good to go as is?
Looks good to me! If there is an eddy or dead spot where poop collects you can get a small circulator fan pump and point it there. Also there's a little Java fern stuck on the strainer heehee 
I have the same arrangement - intake in bottom left corner, outlet in top right corner. Works fine for me.
