G. brasiliensis injury/disease?

Hi everyone
just wondering if anyone can help, this started with a missing scale then turned into a white pimple now this
any ideas/treatments?

Could you try getting more pics. It is very hard to make out. Maybe that is why no one is venturing a guess.

Yeah most people don't respond to posts unless you are known. It's sad. But it looks like a parasite. Probably a worm. Try using clout. That is a cure all treatment. Just make sure to take out your carbon in your filters. 1 pill for every 10 gallons.

thanks for your replies guys, thats the best picture i could get the fish wont stay still!
the best i can describe it is its like a sticking out crater hollow in the middle

just looked into clout..problem is i have a clown knife and a catfish in there aswell and it says not to use with scaleless fish and i don't have space for a hospital tank. alot of people say to treat scaleless fish at half dose do you think this would apply with clout or should i avoid it?

Clout does not hurt scaleless fish as much as it states. I've used it with my clown loaches before. You can always use a pill or two less.
