Since early May my G. Tile has been on a hunger strike. My salinity dropped to .004 (my bad) and it stopped eating. I talked to the guy I got him from and he said that if G. Tile don't eat, raise the salinity.
I tried many things (I even force-fed him one) and he refused to eat.
Today I put this massive rosy red in his tank and he came right out and ate it. It has been at least two months since the eel willingly ate.
I am glad the hunger strike is over. He was really fat before the hunger strike and now he doesn't look as fat, but he is still on the thicker end.
Edit: He ate two now!!!
