lol, uhh...am i right? if not, i'd like to edit my answer again.

The tail looks like it belongs to a decently size cichla (6"+). With the spangling on the tail, a kelberi should have some light spots, what i like to call "pearls", or spangling in the anal fin by this size. So my vote is a mono.

im torn, i think its a kelberi peru mono mix if thats poccible,the fish is about 7" so ur right on that but the tail looks kelberi to me
