We've had the same guy coming into the shop asking for everything from rattlenskaes, to mamba's, to fresh water rays. All very strange requests. I've flat out asked him if he's a warden and he denies it, but does anyone have an easy way of figuring it out?

i wouldnt risk it if there all illegal its a bit suss

i know with cops, if you ask them if theyre cops they cant legally lie to you and tell you no. so i would assume since fish and game wardens are govt. employees, they wouldnt be ale to lie to you. you never know though, so id just play it safe and tell them to go look online.

Not true. Have you ever watched drug or prostitution stings? People ask, " Are you a cop?" Cop says NO, and they still bust them.

ask what type of fish he has ask him questions about his fish he claims to have that only a pet expert will know like what temp is his tank and how many gallons is his tankand sprinkle some fish questions in there if he says he has no fish then hes a warden

I would tell him that he's asking for items that he cannot legally have. and if he acts like he doesn't know that and stops asking then great. but if he doesn't then ask him not to come back.

also he maynot be a cop but cops will get regular people to go ask for illegal items then if they are sold they use that person as a witness. and you're F'ed. they do that kinda crap with selling booze and cigarettes to minors.

Thats dumb they shldnt be allowed to do that...

One of the reasons I think he's a warden is that he always comes in with another person, and asks about odd ball illegal stuff but says he doesn't know anything about their care.
