They are called Five Star Generals. A West African Cichlid part of the Jewel Cichlid family. Always been a favorite cichlid of mine.

No I dont think that they are Mariae.They are the five spot cichlid(Hemichromis Elongatus)and can be quite aggressive but probably not with the redtail giant.

no bro never any trouble in there they aren't like that in groups it's strage

they are Hemichromis Elongatus, common name Five Star General. Yeah you are right they can be very aggressive when kept alone, or in twos, but these guys in a group are very chill it's nice

...and they get nice color too but back on topic,I have never had any type of gouramy but eventually the RTGG will be my first.
