I cut large pieces of shrimp for my 10 inch Endli to eat and my 6 inch Gar got one and started choking. He went upside down and started spasming. I flipped him back over on his belly and he kept spasming for a while but eventually he stopped. I was super scared i thought he was going to die for sure. Lesson learned is cut the shrimp small enough for all the fish to eat just in case they steal it from each other.
Gar almost died last night!

weird.. i had a 10" gar try to eat my 6" delhezi, my 8" african arowana and my 4" hi-fin.. everyone was ok accept the hi-fin...
