I have two gar (just baby's) 3.5" and 4", and I want to move them in with my Peacock bass which are pretty fat but only maybe 2.5"- 3" each. Should I mix them together yet or keep them apart? I'm kinda worried about the bass because the gar have distroyed all the larger feeders as of yet. Altho I have some smaller Green tiger barbs with the gar at the moment (housing temp for a friend) and they are much smaller then the peacock bass. I'm Thinking they would be alright, just wondering what the experts here would think about it.

Thanx in advance!

Peter

I think they would be OK, gar aren't bothered by too much.

I had a Gar that grabbed a black aro about the same size as he was I would wait better safe than sorry ( the aro lived after i seperated them, But then died in the big power outage of the midwest :( )
