hey, welcome to mfk.
just to touch base, there're a lot of threads covering the topic you've asked. do take the time to read up previous threads. what you're asking is very broad, i'd suggest reading up and then asking more specific questions so that we can better answer. it's not easy to post long replies to every broad question that's asked around here.

Depends what you mean by "everything"... As already mentioned, there are many threads covering Gars' diets. Be a little more specific and it will help answer your question. As for having a big appetite, they definitely do. At least mine does. He's a young Fl. Gar, about 10.5" and I have him on an assorted diet. The more you can get in their diet, the better. As long as it's healthy. My Gar eats bloodworms, beef heart, feeders, massivore pellets, & prepared foods. They do eat many things.
mine yes. already went for my finger when cleaning haha. but i think once the gar is off live and use to eating a variaty of food, it will eat everything.
