I saw this on my gar mouth. What is it? And is it bad? Thank you.

I can't really see anything in the pic but I know my gars sometimes scratch up he tip of their snout where it looks raw

no it will be fine. Just a little damage from probably moving up and down the glass. It will heal but the callus will take a very long time to go away most likely never
