Gar ID Please, long and skinny

These look like true gars but they are skinny. They are about 10"-12", saw them at lfs, what's the going cost on these guys at this size?

longnosed gar, not sure of the value though...looks like they're comming into season!

it's a longnose gar. they typically run 10-30 dollars here in the states...depending on size and location. those ones are going to be clown knife food by the looks of things.

thanks everyone. I feel bad for the fish in this lfs, I thought the clown knife would kill them too but they've been in there for about a month now. But was just there yesterday and one gar had a lump on it's side. It wasn't it's stomache, it was on it's side.

and one time, they had some 5" arapaimas with a group of 4-5" oscars and the oscars had killed one, and biting the crap out of another one. And there was like 3 pimas hiding in the corner that looked beat up. i feel terrible for their fish
