so a customer brought me 2 gar the other day, about 10" each.
she told me on the phone that they were both florida gar.
I already have 2 florida gar at home so I was excited to add 2 more
She delivered them to my house and i put them in my tank.
I noticed immediately that they were much lighter in colour than my original florida gar,
and that the spotting pattern was different.
At first I thought this would change as they got settled, but that was about 5 days ago
They still look quite different from my floridas
maybe she was wrong about them being florida gar?
I can post pictures for comparison if necessary
