To Hellman, I bought my first FLG last May, and it's approaching 11" right now in a 90 gal (same footprint as a 75). I bought one in November, and it's in the same tank approaching 10". Their growth rate will vary, but I've found their growth slows to a crawl around this size. How big is your little guy? I'd expect him to grow relatively quickly to 12" +/- 2", then dramatically slow.

Loving the tank, BTW.

He is roughly around 10 in +\- Its hard to tell in the water unless I take him out
