Gar in 125 gallon?

How would a gar do in a 125 gallon what's the smallest type of gar ? I heard a Florida gar is the smallest but I also heard a short nose gar is about the same so how would they be?

For life, I don't think any of them will do. Even the smallest species get 24" plus. But, you'll be okay for a few years before they outgrow that tank.
