Gar on pellets?

Yoz dudes, anyone here has their gars on a pellet diet??
I'm trying to get all my fish on pellets and right now only the gar is left.. he looks at them but has'nt tried them yet..

I had a alligator gar like 5 yrs ago that ate Tetra JumboMin. Its hard to get them to eat pellets or sticks if theyve been eating Feeder fish. but theyll probally eat anything if you starve them.

My Spotted Goar takes pellets... somemore sinking pellets!
Goes to the tank bottom and eats them!

but do u all just feed them on pellets only..... or pellets plus other feeders....

advice needed!!! but if want to feed them pellets , how long do i need to starve them, and what type of pellets u all feed(brand)???

All four of my current gars and several I've had in the past have all fed on pellets.

it took me awhile but i got my longnose gar eating shrimp pellets and freeze dried brine shrimp so far. gonna keep trying other stuff though.

i think i will try that i feed him feeders but iam going to starve him so i can pellets

mine eats cichlid gold pellets size large
