Finally got a live stock tub and most of the stuff got six florida gars coming next week. heres some pics of the pre prep rinsing the livestock tub out with the new ro unit

-looks great! looking forward to seeing it stocked. also, in case it saves some time and effort...there is no need to rinse out the tub with RO water (or to use RO water for gars)...just use amquel plus or some analog of amquel plus and you will be fine...gars are highly adaptive when it comes to water parameters other than chlorine and ammonia (assuming you have basic treated city water or even well water). good luck--

Is that tub specifically meant for growing out fish? And do they make tubs like that any bigger? It looks like it should be a cool set up!

its actually a livestock tub i got it at tractor supply. the thing i like about it it actually cost less than a glass tank of similar size.

i got the same one for my grow out ray, clown knife, and gar
