I have a FL gar that needs to go to a bigger home. He is around 17 in. long and has outgrown my tank. His mellow nature has also made him a target for my Dempsey pair. This guy is very mellow, and will not eat other tankmates. I had a 4 inch LM Bass with him and he/she did not touch it. I have been feeding him frozen shrimp, never tried feeders. Price starts at 80 bucks, negotiable.

Hey Trust hows the temensis? Is he eating like the rest of them yet or is he still being stubborn?

only eating feeders now and he even hesistates with feeders. When he eats it, it not forceful and slowing swallows it like he hates eating them.

Mono on the other hand is eating like no tomorrow.

hahah good ole' mono that guy was always a monster eater!!! I wonder whats up with that temensis? Have u talked to anyone else with big temensis with similar probs.?

I got another temensis and it acts the same way as well. But then again I also have a Ocelaris that is like that too. But all these 3 fish are 8-11" range. All my other pbass that are 12"+ are eating like CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!
