Yeah it is a Florida....:irked:

It is actually not cool at all, as this fish is banned in AZ from possession. Just another reason to put more restrictions on the hobby..

Sorry I wasn't able to watch the video since I was at work. In this case it is not cool although a report on CNN about this is a little extreme.. It's in a enclosed man made lake. Although stories like this shouldn't happen in the first place if it wasn't for irresponsible owners.

It's hard to keep fish like this out of native water due it being very abundant just 1 state away from AZ.

was this the first gar ever found in AZ?

that fihs had some chompers

here in iowa we got gars out the a** in our rivers and lakes so its common to catch em but what is kinda funny is ppl pullin piranha out of our sluegh its a run off for a massive quaker oats plant and is warmed or out at this cooling lake for a close by nuke plant ppl find crazy fish in their but we got muskey in it and walleye and all sorts of biggies it is bad that in an area were it stays warm all year round i think its dumb for ppl to waste fish that way i mean im sure there is someone that would be happy to get a monster for free before ne1 would throw it in the lake/river
