didn't spot/notice white poop.
behaviour, either at the top of the water staying there, or resting at the bottom

May have hit the glass. Not sure if it’s gonna make it. Would add some epsom salt 3 tbsp per 5g for now. Keep water stable and nitrates below 20ppm.

worth a try, grateful when survive. not... not only fish life gone, move brought for it also 'gone'.

should I keep the water low as above, or high?

Sorry to hear - based on the initial images and description it did not sound like it was going to make it.
Hopefully this was an isolated incident and not something that can spread (but still eating + no white poop sounds like there was a lack of infection).
