Garlic and fish foods

Now adding garlic to fish food can serve many purposes i'm woundering if you use garlic in your fish food how do you do it ? do you add garlic extracts ? garlic powder, fresh chopped garlic ? and what do you add it to ? Nightcrawlers, shrimp ?

I'm goin to start adding garlic powder to my nightcrawlers mainly for there health so also what do you use garlic for in your fish food ?
