i been doing this for sometime now and i noticed it helps my cichlas immune system and makes them seem more happy..here is pics how i prepare my fish food..this was put together quick..i am using the last of my frzn shrimp..i always take half the bag of shrimp and soak and frreze them in garlic powder..they get garlic shrimp in the morning and regular shrimp at night..enjoy..i'll try n do a feeding video tonight..also i do this for my catfish bait when i go fishing..
