where do i get it or how to i make my own?? im using the dainichi veggie FX food and curious about soaking it in garlic and how i would go about doing this..

It says to soak it, the refrigerate it, then feed. I typically just put 2 or 3 days worth of food in a container and soak for a day in the fridge.

Heck with all that nonsense just buy NLS thera pellets. The stuff has garlic in it and it is all your Africans need. I t has a lower amount of protein as its main ingedient and it is the kinda most easily digested by fish. I feed mytropheous this stuff everyday and never had any bloat issues.
Iwhen i soak with extract, i soak for a couple of minutes and feed straight.

I use NLS as well but I prefer the natural extract of garlic sometimes. Makes my room smell nice too
