Garlic

we use the Seachem Garlic Guard as an appetite stimulent now could I just take fresh garlic crushed and added to a spray bottle of water and spray this over pellets or market shrimp would that have the same affect as Seachems Garlic Guard

I am wanting to spray this over the market shrimp and pellets to see if that will perk my MAL up and get him to eat

Sometimes I will add crushed garlic cloves to my pellet bags and simply let the pellets soak up the oils.

It smells REALLY strong but seemed to be fine with my tank/water.
