Hi,
Why do people advertise and say to peed fish/ starving fish food with Garlic?
Does it just taste good? even to carnivores?

Garlic has allicin which is responsible for stimulating the appetite of the fish. It is what gives the pungent smell. You can use garlic cloves or simply buy Kent's liquid garlic and add a few drops to the food. It has been debated to help fight off pathogens but as I said, this is still under debate however it has been used by mos marine enthusiasts to help battle the marine ich.
