garra pingi pingi

Hi,

I am looking for some garra pingi pingi to put in my pond.
If anyone has it or know where a LFS sells it, please let me know.
I live in Los Angeles, CA (san gabriel valley and corona).
Is the panda variety the same? Can they survive the mild winter?
