Prime. Seachem Prime. For a pond I'd say Seachem Safe would be more cost effective.

you wont need a more concentrated version. Safe is cheaper, and just as effective. the cheapest way would be to age your water in a barrel for a few days and let the chlorine gas itself out, unless you have chloramines in which case you'll need safe or prime regardless.
