Gar's jaw broken

Hi guys my Gar's mouth was injured by an attack from a Pacu..the part of it is just hanging there...does any know if his jaw will grow back in time??..I'll add some pics to see for yourself...

I don't think it'll grow back but if you haven't separated it you should until it's completely healed

You could try a splint I guess

It's been a few weeks since this post was started.
Is the gar still alive?
Is it eating?
Anything been done to correct/fix it's lower jaw?
