The fish was 2.5-3" when I got the fish, now the fish is close to 11-12"

Thanks, I actually lost some growth for 3 months during the first 6 months.

For three months he didn't eat anything, after I shifted him in a tank with a few barbs .

Thanks, I actually lost some growth for 3 months during the first 6 months.

For three months he didn't eat anything, after I shifted him in a tank with a few barbs .

Any advice you can give me on feeding my 3”? I bought him a week ago and he was eat cut up fish, only a couple pieces at a time once or twice a day. I plan on getting two more in two weeks so I bought 12 barbs today. I’m trying to get him around 7”-9” so I can add a Payara. But he seems hungry but spits out the food. And only take enough to keep him from starving. I know he wants food because he will continue to go after pieces in the water before I remove them.

If he is chasing frozen foods and biting, you're almost there, just keep trying, and he will accept
