GATF or VATF?

I have the opportunity to buy a vittatus for $50, or a goliath for $90, both about 7", both a CRAZY good deal. And i have questions...

Which would you buy?
Can I buy both and have them live together?
What fish can live with each?
Which one does better in the aquarium and is easier to care for?
Which one is more impressive through its life?
 
I would have to say GATF!! Most people say VATF DUE TO GATF skittish juvenile behavior. I have my GATF in a blacked out 75 gallon. He is a Soloist with no tankmates.
 
I say VATF because GATF has a larger potential max size, and unless you can provide it with an appropriately sized aquarium later on, you will most likely get rid of it.
 
Bad news and good news. Bad news is the guys who was selling them emailed me and informed me the GATF died. Good news is I guess soon i will have a VATF
 
The VATF will be good. I bought a GATF for 60 dollars although its hard to keep it when it grows
