GATF scales

Is there any thing to use on say a GATF, VATF, or Armatus, when they nick up their scales?
I hate that look when they are missing the silver in spots...
And how long does it usually take to grow back?, though he will probably get spooked and scrape himself on something else..

Nothing you can really do. Don't worry as ATF are fast healers. Just keep up with water maintenance n you'll be good
