Hello, I'm thinking about getting a GATF. Does anyone have any info or experience with them? What is their average growth rate? The one I'm thinking about getting is around 5-6" for $225. Is that a fair price? How hardy are these fish? Thank you.

Check out the ATF care thread It's got all the info you need. And $225 is too much for a 6" Goliath the most I'd pay would be $125-175.

Okay thanks everyone. Where would I find the care thread at? I'm new to MFK and am using a mobile device but can't seem to be able to navigate around. I also am not able to view certain things such as profiles and certain tabs. Would anyone know why? Thank you.

The app sucks. The staff is working on updates to the site (both app and PC versions) to make it more user friendly.

To find the care thread, go back to the list in Other Characins and look at the top of the page. You see a "stickies" tab. Click that and you'll see the guides.
